The shape of the stamina wood handle ensures that the knife balances perfectly on the table, while the surface of the blade promises a precise cut. Ideal for all soft and crumbly cheeses, the knife pairs particularly well with a nice Roquefort. The knife was hand made by master artisans in the village of Laguiole, France.
