Put a lid on it. Rosti's beloived Margrethe bowl is particularly suitable for food preparation but can also be used for serving. This version boasts a lid with a smaller center lid that can be removed for neat and splatter-free mixing. The Margrethe bowl was designed for Rosti by Sigvard Bernadotte and Acton Bjørn’s design studio in Copenhagen. In 1954, with the royal family’s permission, it was named after the current Danish monarch, Queen Margrethe II. The bowl comes in an array of wonderful colors in different sizes. The bowl is dishwasher-safe but cannot be used in the microwave and freezer.
