No wonder, the iconic KAISER idell range of lighting was designed by Christian Dell, who from 1922 to 1925 worked as foreman of the metal workshop at the legendary Bauhaus in Weimar. The Bauhaus changed design forever, from the once super radical glass skyscrapers we see now as run-of-the-mill, to iconic designs like this that feel totally familiar yet brand new. This slim, elegant and functional table lamp is a classic in the KAISER idell collection with its world-patented swivel joint and the characteristic dome embossed with "ORIGINAL KAISER-idell." With a small shade that fits compactly into smaller spaces, the KAISER idell 6556-T lamp can easily be tilted from a 15° to 18° angle - functional and beautiful at the same time.
