HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Request a return at https://customers.returnify.app/login/afternoon-light within 15 days of delivery. You must have the email address you placed the order with and the order number.

2. You have 7 days from requesting a return to ship the item back. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused. 

3. Once the item is safely received, we will process a refund within 5 business days to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take another week to see the returned amount. 

*Unless you received an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged, please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
