Partners using Magento can publish and automatically sync products with Jetti.

Jetti automates order routing and tracking, so that partners using Magento are able to view, fulfill, and track orders directly from their Magento store.

You will need to provide the following:

  • Store URL
  • Magento Store code
  • Shipping Method title (optional) *
  • Payment module (optional - under Optional fields) *
  • Username & Password
  • API Path (optional)

Please follow the steps below and send the relevant items to Natalie natalie@afternoonlight.com

Step 1. Find your Store URL

To find your store URL (e.g. dropship.myshopify.com), log in to your Magento account, click on Customer View and copy the first section of the URL it displays.

Step 2. To find your Magento Store Code

To find the Magento store code, navigate to Stores > All Stores. Please provide the code under the column Store View.

Step 3. To Create the Username & Password

3a. Before creating username and password, you first need to create a user role. Navigate to Admin Panel >  System >  Permissions >  User Roles. Click the “Add New Role” button.

3b. Set a name for this new role. In the password field, fill in the password of the user that you are currently logged in under. (This is a security setting. Once your password is confirmed, you can set appropriate permissions for this new user role).

3c. The following permissions are needed for this role: Order Sync, Inventory Sync

Here’s how to set Order Sync:

i) First check off, Sales > Operations > Orders > Actions > Invoice
ii) Then check off Stores > Settings > All Stores

Here’s how to set Inventory Sync:

i) Check off Catalog > Inventory > Products
ii) Then check off Stores > Settings > All Stores > Configuration > Inventory Section
iii) Finally check off Stores > Settings > Attributes > Product

3d. Once the permissions of the user role are set, you can create a new username. To do this, navigate to Systems > All users > Add new user. Before saving the new user, remember to select the user role created in the earlier step, so that Jetti can access all relevant data.

You're done! Remember to send the Store URL, Magento code and the new username + password to Natalie to complete the integration :)
