The bowl is made of 18/8 steel and features a satin interior finish and a polished exterior finish. Dishwasher and freezer-safe, obviously don't put this in the microwave. The Margrethe bowl was designed for Rosti by Sigvard Bernadotte and Acton Bjørn’s design studio in Copenhagen. In 1954, with the royal family’s permission, it was named after the current Danish monarch Queen Margrethe II. Here in a set of three: 1.5 + 2 + 3 liters (1,6 + 2,1 + 3,2 qt).
