Along with enamel, Riess has produced iron pots since 1550. This 9.5" pot is best for gas cooktops or open flame, great for frying meat or potatoes, or for crunchy crêpes. Please note these iron pans must be baked in the oven before use.

care instructions

Never put the pan in the dishwasher after use, instead simply wipe with a tea towel. If there is any heavy incrustation, clean the pan with water, salt and a brush and then leave to dry well on a warm stovetop.
