Jeongyeon K. Lim is a Korean ceramics artist based in New York City. Each of her pieces is reimagined, interpretations of centuries-old traditional Korean vessel shapes and glaze techniques. Minimalist in tone and form but with an expressive wabi-sabi edge, Lim's ceramics embody the essence of being perfectly imperfect.

ITEM WE LOVE

We've never been to Jeju Island in South Korea, but oh we've heard the stories and seen the pics. Not only does Jeju have perfect coastal vacation vibes, but it also boasts 127 varieties of citrus fruits that explode from trees at every turn, year-round. This candle captures the essence of a weekend jaunt to Jeju from Seoul, so take a little getaway as you inhale its opening notes of Mandarin oranges and peonies, and delicate heart notes of Fig and Oakmoss. Hot tip: buy four of these. After your candle's burned, you've got a set of incredible handbuilt vessels for use again and again. Elevate your morning Tropicana.
