A tiny soufflé just for you. Skeppshult's 100 yr old foundry produces professional-grade cast iron Cookware with high-quality iron ore made in Sweden. Over its generations of expertise, Skeppshult has perfected the shapes of its Cookware. This dodecagon-shaped cast iron cocotte with integrated cast iron handles has precision milled edges and a concave bottom. It is made of virgin cast iron and seasoned with organic KRAV oil. The capacity is 0.2 liters, 0.8 cups.

care instructions

Hand wash using water only and dry with high heat on the stovetop. For thorough cleaning, warm coarse salt in pan for 2 minutes and wipe clean with a dry cloth. Apply a thin layer of canola oil and heat over high heat for 10-15 minutes until baked in. Food remnants may also be removed with steel wool.
